Our Commitment to You

We want our services to be accessible to everyone. We work in partnership with a range of organisations including those for disabled people to better understand the needs of our customers.

Through an ongoing programme to improve our services, facilities and passenger information we are committed to ensuring that everyone travelling with us has a pleasant journey experience.

If you have any questions about using buses or trains we actively encourage passengers to contact us. We will give advice on planning your journey and access features of our facilities and vehicles.
